Is right to buy jio feature phone

I don't think so it is good buy a jio feature phone because of my past experiences with lyf brand phone that owned by jio.
When i was bought the lyf phone, that time they didn't providing jio without lyf phone. But after some days they allow to buy sim only then i was felling cheated.Because the hardware of lyf brand phone was bad, phone heated up like fir. They saying now the effectively price of jio feature phone is ₹ 0, but as security money you have to ₹1500 only and go after 3 year to submit then you will get your security money. Their is * condition apply that he doesn't announce in AGM.That is if you irregular recharge your phone with ₹153  then they will not return your security money the you calculate 1500×12×3=54,000 . Here you think how much you paying for you phone. Every one knows this phone also come garbage hardware. this technique of business is called razor Blade & loss leader.
